Courtesy access: NeoRole may grant access to Pro at no cost for a defined period. That access ends on the date indicated when granted, is not renewed, does not include add-ons, and generates no charge.
Currency: prices are shown and charged in your country's currency according to this table. Payment is made by card through Stripe.
Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period for the same term and at the price of the Annex version in effect on the day you subscribed. You can cancel at any time from your settings and keep access until the paid period ends. Add-ons do not renew. Unused voice sessions are kept in your account and become available again if you reactivate Pro.
Taxes: prices exclude taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I try before paying?
Yes. When you sign up you see your first result before giving your card. Then you can activate 7 days of Pro with your card. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Everything you build stays saved in your account. The trial includes Compass Phase 1, your LinkedIn diagnosis, 3 interview practice sessions and up to 15 adapted CVs. If you want everything sooner, activate Pro whenever you want.
What is the voice pack?
It's a one-time payment add-on for Pro accounts. Includes 5 simulation sessions with an AI interviewer that speaks and listens. Sessions don't expire; they are consumed when used. Pro includes 1 sample session.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No contracts or penalties. Cancel from your settings and keep Pro until your period ends. After that you keep your data and can view it.
