How it works
01
Paste the vacancy
The full text of the job description, with its requirements.
02
Paste your resume
The full text. NeoRole deletes it automatically after the analysis.
03
See the fit
We tell you how many of the things the vacancy asks for appear in your resume and which are missing.
Why no one replies
Your resume does not name what the vacancy asks for
Automated filters compare words, not ideas. If the vacancy says 'forecasting' and your resume says 'financial projection', the filter does not make the connection.
The resume is not tailored to that vacancy
A generic resume has less chance than one that reflects the specific language and requirements of the role.
You do not know what is missing
Without seeing the gap, you cannot close it. NeoRole shows you exactly which JD terms are not in your resume.
Your text stays here
What you paste is used for the analysis and deleted when finished. It is not saved, not published anywhere, and not used to train models.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly does NeoRole measure?
It counts how many of the key terms from the JD (requirements, skills, tools) appear in the text of your resume. It is not a deep semantic analysis, it is a direct comparison of words and phrases.
Can I improve the fit without rewriting the whole resume?
Yes. In many cases it is enough to add the missing terms in the right sections. NeoRole tells you which ones they are and where they could go.
Does this analysis guarantee I will pass the ATS?
No. No provider can guarantee it because the rules of each ATS are not public. What we control is that the terms the vacancy asks for are in your text.
What do I do with the missing terms?
If you have them in your experience but did not name them, add them. If you do not have them, that vacancy may not be the most suitable for your profile today. NeoRole can also regenerate your resume with those terms incorporated.
