NeoRole is an AI copilot for job searching. It's not a job board: it starts from your profile and guides you through every stage, from defining where to aim to negotiating the offer. It organizes your processes, adapts your resume to each job, prepares you for interviews, and guides you through the negotiation.
For professionals in Latin America who are job searching or thinking about a change. It's designed especially for those with experience who return to the market, and it also works for first-time job seekers. Available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
A job board starts from the posting: it shows you thousands and the work of deciding, adapting, following up, and preparing is on you. NeoRole starts from you and does that work with you at every stage. It doesn't replace LinkedIn: it helps you use it better, with a profile that shows up when a recruiter searches for someone like you.
In three steps. You build your profile from your resume or your LinkedIn. You save the jobs that interest you, with the Chrome extension from LinkedIn or by pasting the link from any job board. And for each one, NeoRole shows you how much of what it asks for appears in your resume, adapts it, and prepares you for the interview and the offer.
It shows you what a filter sees. An ATS compares the text of your resume with the job posting, so NeoRole counts how many of that job's requirements appear in your resume and which ones are missing. Then it adapts it for that job in a single-column format that these systems read without issues. Nobody can guarantee you'll pass a filter; you can stop failing it for lack of keywords.
Six short modules to know where to aim before looking at job postings: interests, talent map, professional capital, inner compass, character strengths and big five traits. After completing them, NeoRole suggests three exact roles with market signal and your positioning in one sentence.
You choose the interview type, behavioral, technical, or case, and answer questions for your role and level. You get feedback on each answer and can repeat as many times as you want. If you already have a job in process, the questions come from that job.
